Direct Broadcast Administrator Responsible for the development and management of Direct Broadcast Services (DBS); primarily DirecTV, also including Wi-Fi and Wimax. Establish and implement procedures to promote consistent growth and compliance within Rio Networks, the agent channel, and installation crews. Duties include but are not limited to product sales, marketing, training, system order integrity, order entry, inventory control and customer satisfaction in the residential and commercial DirecTV product line. Work with all departments to ensure product knowledge in all aspects of successful DirecTV deployments, including demonstrations and support. Understand vendor contract requirements, establish and maintain accountability, program audits, knowledge base of products, promotions, and incentives.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsible for conducting packaging and shipping activities to meet company and customer specifications including loading and unloading of freight, overseeing labeling of the shipping boxes to customers using a computerized UPS system and controlling the warehousing inventory and its rotation.

Spa Manager The Spa Manager is responsible for learning all aspects for the spa operation and integration with the resort entities. This position is focused on leadership, collaboration, education, teamwork and high level performance - Responsibilities will include recruiting and overseeing the development of the staff, designing and implementing new treatments and treatment protocols,- Ability to motivate and develop a talented team of therapists and spa employees - Excellent customer service skills -- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and effectively manage customer service issues - Efficient, organized and able to prioritize and manage a variety of duties with a strong work ethic – Strong inventory management and retail merchandising (ordering, forecasting, stock management, cost controls).
