Director of Human Resources

Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, of the Human Resource Function for all UIDC Operations. Includes planning, organizing, developing, implementing and directing programs and practices for recruitment, compensation, benefits, guest casualty, safety and workers compensation, employee training, Tribal member development and performance management.

   

Maintenance I

Performs non-technical or routine type maintenance duties. Assists with the repairs on a variety of equipment, machines and systems. These may include heating, cooling, plumbing, kitchen equipment and electrical items used in the daily operations on the property. Assists with the installation of new equipment and parts as necessary. Completes maintenance and repair records as appropriate. Ensures that the premises are clean and orderly at all times. May also include some responsibilities for grounds keeping, custodial duties or any assigned task. Assists with the pumping of waste.
