The Spa Manager is responsible for learning all aspects for the spa operation and integration with the resort entities. This position is focused on leadership, collaboration, education, teamwork and high level performance - Responsibilities will include recruiting and overseeing the development of the staff, designing and implementing new treatments and treatment protocols,- Ability to motivate and develop a talented team of therapists and spa employees - Excellent customer service skills -- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and effectively manage customer service issues - Efficient, organized and able to prioritize and manage a variety of duties with a strong work ethic – Strong inventory management and retail merchandising (ordering, forecasting, stock management, cost controls).

Responsible for preparing and cooking meals for guests in such a way as to maximize guest satisfaction and service. Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience cooking in a restaurant (not fast food) or fine dining establishment.
