K-Bar Ranches

Established in 1977 by the Bare family, the ranch was at 1800 acres. We are known throughout the Pacific Northwest for our beef and crops. The Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians purchased the ranch from the Bare family in 2000 which has grown to over 4000 acres and 17 miles of ranch land throughout Southern Douglas County. Our ranches are spread from Dillard, south to Canyonville, Oregon.

The ranches specialize in livestock, hay, and grain operations. However, the richness of the land allows for K Bar to grow a multitude of diverse crops. Our commercial feeder cattle produce only the finest of Choice Prime Beef.
