1. The quality of our network will continue to improve and the size of our network will increase.  Salem facilities will be added by Q2 and other major upgrades started in 2009 will soon be complete.

2. Tier 1 internet service.  Quality Tier 1 providers have been selected.   Northern routes are complete and southern routes are underway. 

3.  Focus will be devoted on what we do best  leveraging our core network to deliver high quality  services to small and medium size Oregon businesses at great prices.  Our standard rates will beat the “promotional rates” of our competition. Our business customers within our “on-net” foot print will receive cost effective, purpose driven solutions that cannot be beat.  Please contact our sales consultants for qualification and pricing. Rio WILL provide the best possible prices available “on-net” in Oregon on the following business products:  (T-1’s)  Voice and Data – (EOC) Ethernet over Copper symmetrical data service – (Broadband) Asynchronous bonded and standard data service.

4.  Rio will continue to deliver a best in class VOIP product set.  Our hosted PBX service, RIO Office, and our SIP trunk service, have enabled our customer base to improve service functionality to unprecedented levels and further reduce costs.  You just have to love technology.  Again, contact your local Rio sales consultant to help see where Rio can positively impact your business.
