Since my arrival in mid 2007 I have had the pleasure of watching Rio transform itself into a business that is driven by success.
As a team we agreed on a set of “core values” that would create a new business culture; from this we developed our mission statement. By recommitting ourselves daily to this agreed upon set of standards, we have created a foundation that has transformed our business into what it is today. Our success is our reward, we value what we have created, we will continue improve and accept your invitation to grow.

Looking back at the history of Tim’s experience as a Rio customer, I noticed that we made a few mistakes along the way. What mattered to him was how these mistakes were taken care of; promptly and professionally without passing the buck.
Due to this struggling economy every employee at Rio has stepped up in their role and taken on additional responsibilities without financial reward. Our rewards at Rio continue to shine through the challenges. We have become a team that leaves no one behind and we go home at the end of the day looking forward to what will come tomorrow. We want to thank you, Our Customers, for rewarding us with your business; this success is our reward.
In 2010 Rio invested over a Million dollars into our network because we know 2011 will be another year of great reward. If hard work, accountability, structure, defined processes, teamwork, great values and excellent customer service has brought us the success we have to date; we can’t wait to see what adding one of Oregon’s most state of the art voice and data networks will bring.
2011 will be a year Rio will add more business customers to our network than any year in the past and our current customers will see the highest reliability ever. Our upgraded redundant network that connects our RioSpere coverage areas delivers value to businesses they have never experienced before. By the 1st Quarter of 2011 our complete end to end network rebuild will be complete, our sales force will be marching the streets after exiting their bright new well defined RIO NETWORKS cars and we will continue to earn our success one customer at a time.
We will not forget what got us here and we will continue to provide our current customers and customers to come with the same superior local service experience they deserve.
